Before we
transfer you to our secure ordering and payment screens, please note
the following important information:-
1) Prices
in the on-line shop are guaranteed to always be lower than our list
prices. However, if you have previously been quoted a lower price or
the price is reduced within 30 days of your order we will refund the
difference to your card.
2) You may
be entitled to low user, multiple copy, competitive or upgrade
discounts. If this case, please contact

3) Our

4) We only
hold your credit/debit card details if payment is made by phone and
these are securely destroyed once the transaction is complete.
Transactions via the On-Line Shop are encrypted and passed directly
to a secure server for processing. For your added protection, our
site now supports 3D-secure authentication.
5) If, within 30 days of receipt, you are unhappy
with the software we will refund payment on correct un-installation
of the software and return of any media, documentation and hardware
security device.
